How &RECOVER Works

Two technologies, one handheld device. Photobiomodulation (PBM) uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light — 650nm and 808nm — absorbed by the mitochondria to support tissue recovery and reduce inflammation at the cellular level. An integrated TENS function adds a low-frequency pulse that works as a natural painkiller. Use them separately, or together, from a single rechargeable device.

Plus, A Natural Painkiller

Alongside the light therapy, &RECOVER’s integrated TENS function delivers a low-frequency pulse that helps block pain signals and ease muscle tension. It’s a natural, drug-free painkiller you can use on its own or layer with the red light therapy — two complementary technologies in one handheld device.

Movement That Complements Recovery

The body works as one connected system, not isolated parts — a principle known as tensegrity, where structure, balance and movement all depend on each other. &RECOVER’s light and TENS therapy support tissue and pain relief in the moment, but movement is what carries that support forward. Our Balanced Integration approach brings structural awareness, breath and controlled movement into your recovery, building the coordination that keeps results lasting.

Find Your Movement

There isn’t one perfect way to move.

Whether you’re looking to improve your balance, build strength, recover from injury, meet new people or simply enjoy being active, &Moving helps you explore the possibilities.

The best movement is the one you enjoy enough to keep doing.

Every Movement Begins with You

The goal isn’t to find the perfect exercise. It’s to discover movement that’s right for you.

Part of a Bigger Picture

Moving is one of eight principles that shape how Present & Perfect thinks about recovery and wellbeing — each a different lens on living well.

  • Understanding — The first step is understanding your story, your body and your goals.

  • Moving — Movement is medicine, but only when it’s the right movement at the right time.

  • Recovering — Recovery isn’t passive. Sleep, light, loading, nutrition and time all matter.

  • Sitting — Small changes to posture and workspace can reduce unnecessary strain.

  • Eating — Good nutrition supports healing, energy and long-term health.

  • Meeting — Conversation, community and shared experiences improve wellbeing.

  • Environment — The spaces around us influence how we think, move and feel.

  • Purpose — Having something meaningful to work towards improves resilience and quality of life.
