Using &RECOVER With Your Clients
Your demonstration device is the HD Cure Pro — &RECOVER’s combined low-level laser and TENS therapy device, using dual 650nm and 808nm wavelengths to support tissue recovery, reduce inflammation and ease muscle tension.
Typical protocol: apply directly to the treatment area for 10–15 minutes per session, up to once daily. The laser and TENS functions can be used together or independently — laser for deeper tissue recovery, TENS for muscle relaxation and pain relief.
Best used as an add-on to existing training or massage sessions: before a session to loosen tight muscles, or after to speed recovery and reduce next-day soreness.
Always follow the device’s full instructions and safety guidance, and avoid use over broken skin, active injuries requiring medical review, or in clients who are pregnant, epileptic, or fitted with a pacemaker.
