&RECOVER — Sales Conditions & Warranty

Terms of sale for the &RECOVER Laser Device and Case & Recovery Kit

1 — About this purchase

These conditions apply to all &RECOVER products purchased via presentandperfect.co.uk/shop or in person, including the &RECOVER Laser Device (£239) and the optional Case & Recovery Kit (£39).

2 — 12-month warranty

Your &RECOVER Laser Device is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and faults not caused by misuse. Within this period, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion, free of charge.

  • Please keep your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase — you’ll need this to make a claim.

  • The warranty does not cover: damage from drops, misuse, or use contrary to the enclosed user guide; unauthorised repair or modification; water damage; or normal wear and tear (e.g. gradual battery capacity decline).

  • To make a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and photos or video if possible.

3 — Returns & change of mind (30 days)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for any reason and receive a refund — this is longer than the 14-day minimum required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged and unsoiled, and returned boxed in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

  • We cannot accept a change-of-mind return that is damaged, soiled, or not returned boxed — items that don’t meet this condition will be sent back to you and a refund won’t be issued.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

  • Once we’ve received and checked the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

  • The optional Case & Recovery Kit can be returned on the same terms if unused and unopened.

4 — Faulty or damaged on arrival

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, this is different from a change-of-mind return — please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In this case, we will cover the cost of return postage, and you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5 — Your statutory rights

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6 — Before you use your device

Please read the enclosed user guide before use. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Do not use if pregnant, if you have cancer, or if you have a haemorrhagic (bleeding) disorder.
