PRESENT & PERFECT
To be present. To keep moving. To remain connected.
Present & Perfect began with a simple belief: greater awareness of how we feel, move and respond helps us make better choices.
Grounded in musculoskeletal knowledge and lived experience, it brings together recovery, movement maintenance and community through &RECOVER, &MOVING and &SMILING.
THREE CONNECTED DIRECTIONS
&RECOVER — Recovery
Practical recovery technology and guidance to help people remain active.
&MOVING — Movement maintenance
Movement awareness, balance and practical demonstrations for everyday capability.
&SMILING — Community
Useful information, conversation and community—with chocolate sometimes helping to begin the conversation.
THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND &RECOVER
Following a significant shoulder and upper-limb injury, Brendan O’Haron discovered laser therapy and began using it as part of his own recovery.
The discovery felt like a revelation—not because the technology was new, but because it was so rarely discussed within mainstream musculoskeletal care.
Brendan subsequently purchased, used and compared more than 30 different devices. Many provided limited instructions and very little practical guidance on dosage, positioning or treatment technique.
That gap inspired &RECOVER: carefully selected technology supported by straightforward guidance—helping people use it more confidently and take a more active role in their recovery, movement and independence.
Brendan’s wider foundations include more than 20 years of Tai Chi, Alexander Technique, Qi Gong, postural strength, nutrition education and musculoskeletal study.
A Structured Approach to Movement
That grounding runs deeper than a resume line — it reflects a consistent view that the body works as one connected system, not isolated parts.
That thinking shapes &MOVING: training structure, coordination, breath and load together, rather than treating recovery as a series of separate fixes. The goal isn’t extreme fitness — it’s building the kind of structural tolerance and coordinated resilience that lets people stay capable, not dependent.
